Network tool to test LAN file copy speeds?

I need a tool for OS 9 that will let me test filecopy/transfers times over my LAN. I need to see if an employee's Mac is "slow" or if I have a network problem. She thinks file transfers to the server have gotten slower in the last week, but I cant tell the difference...

just make a LARGE file, and time it copying on a few machines and see if it is any slower that the others.
