iTunes video using iBook speakers

Is there a way to play video in iTune's and have the sound use speakers other than the ones in my iBook? When I played "Acceptable.tv" I could barely hear the sound even with the volume all the way up. The speakers I am using are connected to my AirPort Express with AirTunes.
