Can the Apple Hardware Test be trusted?

Hey,

Quick question. Just out of curiosity one night I ran the Apple Hardware Test, (yes with all peripherals disconnected) and it surprisingly comes back with different error codes, (each starting with the letters:MOT) everytime I run it. I say surprisingly because my machine has been perfect. No flaky behavior whatsoever. Tech Tool Pro comes back with with no problems. I've been good with firmware and software updates, (10.4.9) and zapped the PRAM as well. Called Apple support and they weren't able to shed any light except to say it COULD be a logic board and that I should bring it in to Apple for diagnosis. It'd be kind of drag to do this especially since I'm not experiencing any problems. Could this be a weird combination of ram and firmware that the hardware test doesn't like?

Thanks
