Deleting Files Left Behind by Boot Camp

I just purchased a new Mac Pro. I attempted installing Boot Camp and I had some troubles at first. Long story short, I was able to install windows and now I have a problem with an OS X partition of my 3rd HD (I have 3 HDs total). The first partition (that should be OS X) has the files System Volume Information and WINDOWS. I am not able to delete them. The second partition has the necessary windows files that I wish to keep intact.

1.) What can I do to delete those files so there is nothing on that drive.

2.) The 2 partitions of my 3rd drive are now labeled as "untitled" - how can I fix that to the name of my choice?

Thanks.
