Can't start up - "Diskarb error"
I got a new imac just a couple of weeks ago. today I was on safari and it froze, along with the finder, so I couldn't force quit. I was forced to shut it down manually, and when I booted back up, there was only a black screen with a line of text that said "Couldn't start up diskarb session." I've tried restarting many times, got nothing, and even tried to reinstall os x, and all I got was an error message after about 20 minutes. I even started up pressing option, and when I tried to select my harddrive, it went back to the diskarb message. I'd really appreciate some help. thanks a lot.
