iTunes help please
Hi, I'm having kind of a problem with my iPod / iTunes. I recently went over to a friends house and was having problems with my iPod, so I reformatted it on his computer.
Now I need to reformat it to windows, but when I try to do so, it comes up with a "no active internet connection" type error.
So I tried formatting it without itunes. Now I have an iPod that iTunes CANT work with, with NO music on it. Great.
Of course I've tried rebooting, and reinstalling iTunes. Still the "make sure your internet connection is active and try again" error.
Here's another thing: in all other respects, iTunes seems perfectly connected to the internet. It can access the music store and everything. It just won't restore my iPod.
