Hitachi 1TB Hard Drive OK in PowerMac?

I have a hard drive failing on my 2.0 GHz dual processor PowerMac. I remember how Apple dragged their feet on support of 750GB hard drive for quite a while. Are there any issues with use of the Hitachi 1TB (internal) hard drive?
