the general "quality" of yr printed matter will be more dependent on the quality of output and resolution of yr printer rather than how slick yr graphics are within Keynote itself.
on the other hand, if you mean will you be able to control placement of the graphics and graphs and text on the slide, and will make this for a more pleasing printed output, then maybe yes, Keynote might be better than Powerpoint.
