How to backup data from iCal/Mail/Address Book (Which Folders?)

I have been using Entourage for a long time but just switched to the Mail/Address Book/iCal combo. I use ChronoSync to do a small nightly backup which covers my folders such as Documents so that they are backed up every 24 hours. I knew which folders to use for Entourage but my question is:

Which folders does Mail, iCal, and Address Book use so that I can back up these data folders?

    All of the respective data are in various folders within your account's Library folder. I presume that you are backing up your entire Home directory as well as your global Applications and Library folders. If you are, then you are covered.

    Thanks for the advice. It seems the best thing may be to just backup my entire library.
