can't restart in os 9 from cd
hi everyone,
i'm helping a friend out who just got a seccondhand mac; it's a DP g4 450. as I was trying to (re)install os9 i noticed it wouldn't restart with the os 9 instal disk so i tried using another os9 install disk wich came with my g4 but that also didn't work. it works fine with os x.2 but in x i can't run clasic
does anyone know what could be the problem and how i can install os9 ?
note:
the computer came with no os9 disks can it be that the DP had different os9 disks than the retail version of os9?
