mail - junk not working

was working properly,

until one day, i was sending a large file via mail and i clicked get mail, and then didnt filter the junk anymore,

i reset to training mode and again couldnt filter the junk as it did,

any idea? or how u set your rules to filter junk

do your own filters, that works better.



preferences, rules, create rules. give them names...



the standard junk filter is stupid, or i'm too lazy to teach it what is spam, so when i find a rule for inncoming spam i do the rule.



e.g. if the mail content contain "to remove yourself" "opt-out list" then > trash. if content anything include "rbexpress" then > cancel. if content includes "webcam", (a lot of porno terms etc) then > cancel. if mail coming to account [email protected] : my address is not in to: filed > trash. if content contain "pc" "norton" and "antivirus" then > trash and so on. Have fun.

I use both my own rule list and Mail's junk filter.



My rule list has like over 100+ rules :eek:
