What does everyone think about that toilet paper roll interface for pulldown select form elements?

    I think it consumes too much space on screen.

    From what I have seen, I don't like it. It takes up too much space and doesn't really look that nice. But hey, I don't have an iPhone yet, so what do I know?!

    Granted it's a bit odd, but what it is, is a great big GUI widget that's perfect for multi-touchness. As for taking up too much room, making it smaller would make it harder to use.....and anyway, what do you want to leave more room for?
