A serious problem...
So...I was wondering if any other iPhone users are having this problem. And if you haven't come across it, please give it a try.
When I am on the phone and receive an incoming call, I am unable to switch over. When I tap over to answer it, it simply goes mute on the other line. To make things worse, when I attempt to go back to the first call, THAT person goes mute. I have to end up hanging up on both calls and call back each one at a time.
Went in to AT&T to discuss my issue, and they looked at me like this:
Then this:
They told me it was not their problem, but Apple's. It seems to me it's a network problem, not a software. I could be wrong. I'm going to the Apple Store right now to find out.
Anyone else have this problem?
(And yes Adda, I added an icon on the thread topic.)
