CD / DVD Stuck

I tried to burn a DVD using I Movie and the DVD is stuck in the laptop and i can't remove it. I pressed the eject button but it will not eject.. I keep getting the error message "SUPPORTED DISC NOT AVAILABLE" What should i do?

Restart and hold down the trackpad or mouse button.
