Youtube and H.264

Wasn't Youtube supposed to be migrating their videos to H.264, especially all videos uploaded after July 1? I just checked a couple of the newest videos and they still say H.263 is the codec. Are they keeping two separate versions of every video available to users, the FLV/H.263 version for regular browsers equipped with Flash and the H.264 version for iPhones only? That would suck. Why won't they let me see the better version on the better screen?
