Problem attaching images with iphoto08
I have upgraded to iLife08 and am having an issue attempting to find a picture to attach through Gmail (or yahoo mail).
I used to attach a particular image by clicking on attach in the online app and then drilling down through Pictures to the photo I was looking for. It worked the same way if I went in directly through Finder to look at a photo.
Now if I go directly through Finder it launches iPhoto as I drill down. Fine, that works ok. If I try to attach an image through gmail though and drill down into Pictures the iPhoto library icon is faded out and cannot be clicked on. This is true on my macbook pro and my imac.
Any ideas? Am I missing something simple here?

This seems like a major regression to me. All I want to do is attach an image to an outgoing gmail. Now I need to copy it or export it first and then attach it to the email. Then I need to go and delete the copy. Very disappointing. I would not have upgraded to 08 if I had known this ahead of time.
