<strong>Uh, pardon my ignorance, but what the hell is it?</strong><hr></blockquote>
errr...its the brand new microsoft p2p (!) app...going beta next week...
its for small cliques...up to ten poeple..with fancy stuff..like a playlist limited to 60tracks...seems like field research for me
ITS NAUGHTY!! <img src="graemlins/hmmm.gif" border="0" alt="[Hmmm]" />
take the flash tour
microsoft has NO STYLE
<strong>But...but...you can send winks!!! <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" /> <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[oyvey]" /> </strong><hr></blockquote>
if you thought the paper-clip popping into your face was annoying, now imagine the power of friends sending additional pop-up "winks" to exponentially increase your opportunities for joyful close box clicking
oh, and the ability for remote-push porn-desktop-slideshows will surely please mom's everywhere
did melissa demand this after they killed bob?
Roll on the floor fun
Too much ammo in this, I must away and make up further gags along the lines of "I always knew Windoze was for winkers"...
"Dammit, if you can't get stock price alerts, the terrorists have already won!"
The link tooltips are a treat too. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" />
Thank you!
Microsoft really does not Get It, to a degree that never fails to astonish me. Nice aliasing around the borders of the form-over-sanity windows, too.
Really... View Wink History?! <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" /> This is the sort of thing that is completely indistinguishable from parody.

<strong>They do get in a strange. Think of 3 degrees as the ICQ equivalent of boy bands and Spears/Aguilera/JLo. It manufactured cool and fake street cred on a very thin (almost non-existent) veneer of tech innovation. Yo IPv6 rox.</strong><hr></blockquote>
But... tabs! <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" />
Seriously, sometimes manufactured street cred works, but when it fails, it fails. Frankly, MS' attempts at cool have a dismal success rate. This is not only a caricature of an app, but I can already think of plenty of ways in which it will be annoying and singularly easy to abuse.
