New Apple Keyboard Volume Buttons

How do I change my volume hotkey in my system preferences so that it uses the volume keys on the keyboard, right now I have to change it from the top bar or from my headset volume control. My F12 key ejects right now instead of being increasing volume and my F11 key doesn't do anything. I set up dashboard, expose and everything I just can't figure out how to change the volume keys. Thanks.

    go to system prefs..... keyboard & mouse.... keyboard... check box that says use all f1 etc... use fn on keyboard to disable as needed. try that. ps u need software update to update keyboard also.
