Random Shut Down & Clock Reset

Uuuuuh. It's happened to me twice now in one week. My PB G4 OS X 10.4.10 has shut down randomly. I can only restart it by removing the battery and powercord and when I do I am told my clock has reset to a date prior to 2001...it actually resets to 12/31/1969.



Can anyone help me with this? I have no clue.

    Dead battery on the motherboard? I'd take it in for a service call.
