Confirmed high-dpi mouse setups with no acceleration? Leopard?

I'm going to pick up a Razer Copperhead or Razer Lachesis (2000dpi and 4000dpi, respectively) soonish, and I'd like to disable mouse acceleration.

Does someone have high dpi mouse and a solution in place that allows to cancel the acceleration? I have read about several possibilities including USB Overdrive, Razer's own drivers for the wrong mouse (Pro|Click) and Microsoft drivers. I tried MouseFix or something like that and it failed. I hear USB Overdrive would otherwise be OK, and I wouldn't mind paying for it, but it doesn't support high DPI, effectively destroying the value of the top mice relative to a ho-hum one...?

Or has Apple perchance pulled its head out of its behind and made acceleration adjustable in Leopard? (You can always hope...) Anyone with Leopard beta able to confirm or deny?
