Linksys Wireless Router Help (I searched, this is different)

Hello all! Here's my deal; I have a linksys wireless router (BEFW11S4) and a MPB that I got back in Dec. Since then, I have never been able to connect to the router wirelessly while having the password enabled. If I leave the router open, I can connect no problem (never lose connection, etc).



Now I'm no maestro of my dated wireless router, but I get the basics. I've had my router set w/ a password before, and several people using PC laptops have been able to connect with no problems once they enter the password. When I try this with my MPB it will not connect.



Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    When entering the WEP password, enter the long HEX key (you get to choose from key 1-4 as picked above the passcode) rather than the passcode.

    Or try WPA encryption rather than WEP. Also,



    Those are usually the 2 tricks that get me in my linksys.
