How To Recover Data After Drive Erase?

In Disk Utility I carelessly clicked on the incorrect drive and hit the erase button. Stupid for sure, but the "Secure Erase Options" that was selected was the "Don't Erase Data" option which says that directory information is erased, but "data is left unchanged on disk..." and "potentially recoverable..." I haven't written or stored anything on the drive since.

Any ideas on how I can restore the "directory information" or more importantly, all the data and files on this drive?

I've got a MacPro running 10.4.10 and the drive is a Serial ATA that is/was partitioned as a standard Mac OS Extended (Journaled) Apple_HFS drive.

Thanks in advance!
