Mail app issue

I just got doing some system maintenence with the 'Main Menu' app (cache cleaning etc..)and now my Mail app will not unbold my previously read emails, now all the emails and mailbox settings in mail window are bolded... any idea idea as to what happened, and how I can fix this?

    Maybe send the question to the Main Menu developer? I've never used this app but I have never had any issues with Onyx...
