"Can't Log-In Because of too many redirects"
Usually happens when you are accessing a certain website: let's say MSN or Hotmail, when using Safari you can do this:
Drag your ~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins to your desktop then restart computer;
if still does not work:
-Reset Safari
-Go to Safari Preferences and Click on Security: select "Always Allow Cookies" and try to visit the website (Hopefully it works) , then try to return the folder that you removed to it's old location and replace the new one, restart and try again
