Hideous remenants of .Mac remain....

Apple has updated parts of .Mac like the homepage, mail, address book, and the web gallery, but hideous remnants of early OS X style remains. I mean look at the thick brushed metal, the same that was used in iTunes 2! And look at the "classic" style font that was used for early OS X and OS 9, etc. Or there early OS X aqua buttons....
