Good thinking, but keep in mind in the past that the .mac promotion and the $100 printer rebate promotions are more of rolling promotions whose expiration dates are more renewed/extended than met. This issue has come up in the past (I think even with the release of Tiger) but the dates were just changed.
Let's hope the sooner the better, and only when it's ready, eh?
