MacBook with 3GB RAM???
I was on OWC's memory upgrade page yesterday pricing RAM for my MacBook when I saw that they are hawking taking MacBooks to 3GB. Apple's specs only list 2 GB as the max.
Here is an article that OWC posts as proof of concept. It is dated in May, but I don't remember hearing anything about this.
Has anyone here tried this?
Would this void a warranty?
Given the price of $134 (USD) it is very tempting.
NOTE: this is only available for the Core 2 Duo based MacBooks.
