Error Accessing iTunes Store... Please HELP!

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
I keep getting the message "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occured (-3221)" Something about not being connected to a network... but I'm online... and I've tried turning off my firewall... Any suggestions??
