forty-two
I downloaded forty-two last night and am highly impressed with the program. Forty-two converts DVD's to numerous other formats...it rocks.
Since the manual is kind of low on information concerning the various types of conversions, I thought I would ask the board about the advantages/disadvantages of each. The program can convert to Divx, VCD, CVD, and SVCD. I don't have a DVD burner, and I would like to store the conversions on CD-Rs. It would be cool to watch the conversions on a dvd player connected to a television.
What is the best format to convert to in your opinion? Again, if you haven't checked out the program you should...

I'm disappointed
I run the installer, then build support like a good little boy. then I get the 1.5.2 updater that it tells me to get. I begin the transcoding process to Divx and it seems like it's going to work. After a few seconds it happily tells me that the process is completed. I check out my AVI and it is one second of absolutely nothing. What am I missing?
<strong>OK, what am I doing wrong?</strong><hr></blockquote>
Besides posting in the AI Forums, you mean? Did you try eating all of your veggies? Flossing? Or this <a href="http://www.dvdrhelp.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=9" target="_blank">other, more useful video forum?</a>
