Apple buying Sprint?
Sprint looks like a mess right now... could they be an attractive takeover candidate?

We all know Apple has the cash on hand that would enable them to pull off a dramatic coup, and no one thinks the at&t match-up is worth spit... it makes one wonder.

Anything is possible, but I wouldn't bet any money on them buying Sprint nor would I count on them buying anything in the 700 Mhz auction. They are not a telcom. Would they like to do it? I'm sure they would but it would be a real gamble.
NO.
Don't look now, but you're blue in the face.
I just switched from Sprint to AT&T with my iPhone. Why would Apple work exclusively with AT&T if they would even consider buying Sprint? Doesn't seem logical to me.
I have no evidence to demonstrate that they would, only that they could and they could benefit by acquiring an established telecom network.
