FINALLY.... Apple has matched the prices between the US store and the Canadian online store!! (Thanks to the strong Canadian dollar!)

Warm up those Credit cards folks!

I'm off to buy some new hardware!

DRAT!! I am mistaken! While the price of Leopard IS THE SAME, I must have opened the U.S. store window twice! OK... APPLE.... WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO MATCH THE PRICES! THE CANADIAN DOLLAR IS WORTH MORE THAN THE U.S.! Why are the Canadian prices MORE than the U.S.????

You'll also see the price for Office 2004 as $199 in Canada but $149 in the US. It could be older stock can't be price matched because they were originally bought when the dollar value was much lower.

There are also importing costs to consider... and I thought NAFTA was supposed to mean "free" trade...
