Leopard for "free" (well, sort of)
As most of us are aware, amazon sells the Lep for $109, no tax, no shipping. Amazon also has a deal with coinstar, and as such coinstar doesn't take a cut if you roll the change into an amazon certificate.
I realized that I had a few years of loose change piling up -- microecon 101 tells us this is a "sunk cost." Nonetheless, I wouldn't have realized that I had such a big pile of change if amazon weren't offering leopard for $109, which in turn prompted me to realize that they also partner with coinstar.
