Mail-How can I show each email only once?
I'm not sure if this is possible or not but I have a Web Hosting account where my emails are in a sense duplicated. I have 4 email boxes, mweigl, sales, information, and techsupport. These are shared on two domains such as abcdistributor.com and abcconsulting.info. For example I have an email, [email protected] and [email protected].
The problem is I'm using imap email and the way Mail is set up now everything is duplicated. If an email is [email protected] it shows up twice in my Mail program as [email protected] and [email protected]
I'd like to know if there's a way that I can get it to only show up once? I know I could simply just set up [email protected] and not [email protected] as an email but the problem is I want the option to be able to send an email from either of the two email addresses such as in this case.
