iTunes on Windows PC crashing?
A friend who has yet to fully convert to Apple is having some problems with his iTunes crashing. Here's the situation (and information I have):
- When he buys songs from the iTunes store, then plays them, it plays for a minute, then iTunes spazzes out on him.
- It doesn't happen with his CD-ripped MP3s, only the DRM ones from the store.
- It only happens with about 60-70% of the songs he buys. But that's still a huge percentile and also a very big waste of time...
Any help or insights to this? Our google-fu is failing at finding anything.

1) Upgrade the current version of iTunes (I believe it's 7.4.3).
2) Upgrade the firmware on the iPod to the current version.
