Column view issue in Mac OS X Leopard
Browsing in the Finder that column view is slow in showing the contents of folders. It like takes 5 seconds before displaying anything inside of a folder (even if there isn't a lot of files or subfolders). If you go to review the same folder, again, the contents appear instantly. It's like it is caching it or something. The annoying part is that if you log out, you have to go through this "caching" process all over again.
Browsing in list view, icon view, or coverflow are smooth and is not experiencing this slowdown. Has anyone else had this problem?

I've also noticed this but for me, the delay is about 1.5 to 2 seconds. And it seemed like there was no delay until after the second or third day of using it.
