Has Quicktime gotten faster !
I am ripping and downloading a lot of movies from various places (hrm hrm..) and, to save space, converting the films to 400X... and the datastream is around 500kb/s.
It seems like my 1.gen iMac intel 2.0 GHz with Leopard installed is getting faster doing these tasks.
Anyone here noticed the same ?
