iTunes cannot play some songs

Hi, all. I am new to Mac and has recently switched from PC. I transfered my songs from my previous PC and tried to import them to iTunes, but iTunes cannot show some of them. These songs are mp3 format and I can play them in any music player except iTunes.



I have no idea how to get iTunes work with these songs. Any help and advice is appreciated!
