Possible TIme Machine/iTunes Bug

I don't know if apple intended for this, but if you have iTunes in mini-mode and you go into time machine, it stays on top of time machine because of its always on top programing. And for those who will ask this, no it was not fixed in the 10.5.1 update.

You can unmark the option 'Keep MiniPlayer on top of all other windows' if you don't want it to stay on top of time machine or any other windows.
