Removing programs from startup

I have a program ,Bionic Manager, that automatically tries to start when I turn on my computer. Because this program doesnt work on leopard, it now just tries to start and then closes. Where can I remove this program from starting up when my computer starts?

Thanks in advance

-Dylan

EDIT: I guess these should have gone into the genius bar section. Sorry about that!

SystemPrefs > Accounts > yourAccount > Login Items. Highlight the item and then hit the "-" to delete the app from the login startup list.
