Mail App Issue - Email address autofill

Although it's not a huge issue, I've been experiencing an issue with Mail app. Some of my contacts have changed their email addresses and I've made the appropriate changes in my Address Book. The problem I have is when I am typing in their name in Mail, it shows the old email address as an option. How do I get rid of this?

    Open Mail.app, click Window in the menu bar, choose "Previous Recipients". You can delete them individually from there
