Question for xbox360/ps3 gamers

Is anyone using their aluminum imacs for a HD display to play their gaming consoles through them? I haven't got my imac yet. I ordered it over a month ago, so I can't test the idea myself. I'd like to connect my 360 to my 24" imac. It seems like it should be doable, but I also know software companies don't like to play nice w/ each other. Any comments or ideas?

Is there even a video input port available on an iMac???

You'll need at least component inputs for HD video from a PS3. There may be some kind of video capture device, but lag could be a problem.
