networking XP to Leopard

I have 2 machines 1 is an iMac running leopard 5.1 the other is an Windows machine running XP.

I have no problem getting the iMac to see the Leopard Machine but I can't get the windows machine to see the iMac.

It is an office for a lawyer who is renting space from another law firm and using their network.

My experience with XP is very limited so the more detail you can give me the better.

Please clarify. The iMac and the Leopard machine are the same right?

    Is Windows sharing turned on?

Sorry I wrote in correctly Yes the iMac, and the leopard machine is the same.

I believe that sharing is turned on the XP machine as the iMac can see it, but the XP machine can't see leopard.
