What happened to GigaWire? I thought that this was going to be announced? Any thoughts??

    B. Has there been any evidence at all besides speculation (which isn't evidence BTW) that some sort of technology named Gigawire will appear?



    At AI, it seems that even a tiny grain of evidence will have huge speculation packed onto it to make it seem that it certainly must come true at some point. In this case, is there even evidence?

    apple registers tons of trademarks and files for tons of patents. they take months and sometimes years to go through.



    gigawire could be long forgotten at Apple.

    Just gotta wait for the Revolution some more.... I guess it's too much to expect Revolution ... mostly Evolution, except in the area of shapes and displays.
