Penryn to work in current Mac Pro?

Will a pair of Penryn Harpertowns work in a current Mac Pro? Any information on the even smaller chips coming after Harpertowns?

Penryn Xeons with a 1333MHz FSB should work. Xeons with a 1600MHz FSB will not.
