Power of X; alternate source?

i've been trying to watch the <a href="http://www.apple.com/quicktime/qtv/powerofx"; target="_blank">power of x</a> presentation for quite some time, tried on 2 pc's and my mac. i either get 404 or unsupported format after it opens qt and the streaming info window. (errors are reported where it usually says connecting, or buffering, or the title) anyways if someone has it in mov or mpg on their idisk or somewhere i would love to see it

i really dont want responses to this post such as 'that presentation sucked don't waste your time'. i'm bored, and besides that, it's my time to waste.

Sorry, man, but I just tried it and it's working fine for me... it's playing right now, in fact. Maybe it's your connection.

Maybe you're behind a firewall, or using NAT?

Not sure if QuickTime can get around either of those easily, but there are quite some streaming apps that can't.

EDIT: Just checked it, same here, "404 file not found". Maybe the 112k version (the one viewable w/o QT pro) is not available any more?

    If it happens again:

go to quicktime preferences -&gt; connection -&gt; transport then choose HTTP to be the transport protocol instead of UDP, as some network administrators block out the less secure UDP packets.

This is based on the OS X System Preferences application, since my PC is not booted up now. The PC version can't be far off though.
