Help, My iPod won't snyc

"Attempting to copy to the disk "Oliver Maton's iPod" failed. An unknown error occurred(-48)."

Somthing wrong with my Mac or what?\

    You may have either a bad file in your library or something is wrong with the ipod. Try un-syncing any podcasts, those can come in corrupted sometimes. Any files you added recently? Another chance might be there are bad sectors on the Mac HDD... backup anything stored on the ipod and do a full restore. If you can't restore the ipod fully then it's the cause for sure.

    I'm bit confussed, most of my music should be fine its only a few albums I've downloaded from torrents recently

    Could that be it?

    Um, yeah, I did ask if "ANY files" were added recently... the torrent was corrupt or didn't finish properly. Dump those and try it again...



    I don't care for the industry much myself but please try out the amazon mp3 or itunes plus if you don't want drm... unless it's public domain or something
