How do you access the cache?

I am new to Apple. When I previously owned a "PC" I could go into the cache and view all websites visited and all the cookies that had been put onto my computer, and I had the option of deleting some or all of it. I cannot figure out how to do this on my Apple. I have an Imac OS X Tiger. Thankyou

These instructions apply to Safari, which I assume that you are using.

To view all of the pages you've been to, click on "History" in the menu bar, and select "Show All History."

To view your cookies, go to the Safari preference pane ("Safari" > "Preferences"), click on the Security tab, and click "Show Cookies."
