Getting your tunes from Apple after a crash

Who does one write to at Apple to get the tunes back that you have purchased from Apple after a crash. I know that a lot of people have done this. They have said Apple will do it.

    itunes tells you to backup

    sorry for loss there are programs to reload from your ipod but if not on an ipod bye bye i've used sentuti
