Iphone Helppppp Pleaseeeee

Hi sorry to bother you ... but I read your comment and I am in bad situation. I have an iPhone and my screen went white and it was not responding ... then i pressed on the top button (on/off phone) and home key it turned off and now it will not turn on. Battery is not low. I also attempted connecting to my computer and attempted again to turn on but no luck ... any suggestions???
