Access a Time Capsule from an external network, possible?

As the title says;
Is it possible to access your Time Capsule thru the internet, e.g. from school or work, can it work like that?

don't know for sure, but since AEBS allows file sharing of USB connected Airport drives over the WAN port, I am guessing TC would too (and it's internal drives too).

it's called... ".Mac" ...
